Shipping & Returns

O2 offers returns for items in new condition with tags attached within 14 days of your receipt of shipment with the exception of final sale items. Please note, all beauty and spa products are final sale as well as underwear and socks. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original for a full refund (less the shipping cost) and place a new order.  


To complete a return, please follow the steps below: Please complete the packing slip included with the original shipment. Please also make sure to include a copy of your original packing slip in the return shipment.

When your item is shipped, you will receive a pre-printed FedEx return shipping label. Please attach the label to the original shipping package and seal the box.

Please drop the package at  the nearest FedEx location, you may visit www.fedex.com/us/dropbox/

You will receive an email within 7 - 10 days of our receipt of your return that your return was processed. Your refund will post to the original form of payment. Please allow 10 business days for your bank to post the refund.

Please note: refunds are for product only and do not include the initial shipping cost.
