On the Pulse: Hilary Hoffman of SotoMethod

At O2, we believe living on the pulse means staying in tune with the latest in wellness, movement, and lifestyle—while creating space for rituals that keep us grounded. Our weekly series highlights tastemakers, innovators, and leaders who embody this balance.

This week, we’re spotlighting Hilary Hoffman, founder of the SotoMethod, a rhythmic and athletic sculpt workout that’s taken the wellness world by storm. With her signature energy, unmatched humor, and deep understanding of movement, Hilary has built a community that thrives on connection and strength. She knows what it means to live life in motion—on the mat, in the studio, and beyond.

We sat down with Hilary to get her take on the rituals, products, and inspirations that keep her on the pulse.

RITUAL

"What's your most effective way to start a day?"

A poop.

SOUNDTRACK

"What's your favorite song to play in class?"

Kiss it Better by Rihanna.

ESSENTIAL

 "What's a non-negotiable product for you?"

Aquaphor.

BITE

" What’s your current food fixation?"

A sandwich. Been that way for the last 34 years.

HACK

"What’s an unexpected wellness ritual you swear by?"

I take a lysine supplement everyday. I find it helps with skin elasticity.

DREAM GUEST

"If you could have anyone in your class, who would it be?"

Juan Soto from the Mets. I would love to do a Soto x Soto collab.

O2 PICK

"What’s your must‑have item from O2 right now?"

I love the Splits59 shorts biker. O2 has a great selection of Beyond Yoga. Also so excited about all the new Negative Underwear!

STAYING IN MOTION

"What’s helping you stay balanced and keep moving these days?"

Asking for help from husband, mom and dad, nanny, and friends so I can show up as my best self at work and at home.
