Summer is almost here, and with it comes an expanded schedule, returning favorite teachers, and even more opportunities to move with us throughout the week.
Returning Teachers
We're excited to welcome back several beloved teachers for the summer season:

Anna Hansen returns June 26, teaching Power Flow (Warm) on Mondays and Fridays at 9 AM.

Kristen Morris returns June 1, teaching Sculpt (Hot) on Mondays and Wednesdays at 12 PM, with additional classes beginning June 15 including Yoga Sculpt (Hot) on Thursdays at 7 AM and Sculpt (Hot) on Saturdays at 12 PM.

Morgan Brown returns June 1, teaching Mat Pilates on Thursdays at 12 PM.
New Yoga Studio Class Times
Beginning June 15, we'll be adding new opportunities to practice throughout the day:

7:00–7:45 AM | Monday–Friday

1:30–2:30 PM | Monday–Friday

Class Updates
As part of our summer schedule refresh, O2 Flow will now be called O2 Power Flow (Warm). While the name is changing, the class itself remains the same strong, dynamic vinyasa practice our community knows and loves.
You'll also notice updated temperature designations throughout the schedule:

Heated classes are now labeled Hot

Non-heated classes are now labeled Warm
Additionally, the Tuesday and Thursday 6:45 PM Candlelit Restorative classes will be removed from the summer schedule.
Expanded Reformer Schedule
We're also adding more opportunities to take Reformer classes this summer:
