What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothes for the energy embodiment movement, bring a journal and pencil and your favorite mug or cup you'd like to enjoy the cacao in (we will also provide cups if you do not bring one). To add comfort to your sound bath experience: Bring a yoga mat, a pillow for your head, a pillow for underneath your knees, a small blanket to cover your body, an eye mask to cover your eyes. Even if you attend without any props, it’s going to be an incredible experience.
