This class begins with an energizing cardio and light-weight strength segment designed to elevate your heart rate, build muscular endurance, and improve overall stamina. Using light dumbbells and dynamic movements, you’ll target the arms, legs, and core.
In the second half of class, we transition to the mat for a focused Mat Pilates session that strengthens the core, improves posture, and enhances flexibility. Through controlled, intentional movements, you’ll engage deep stabilizing muscles while lengthening and toning the body.
