Winter brings a new rhythm to Aspen, and with it, a renewed intention for how we move, breathe, and care for our bodies. As the season shifts, so does our schedule — thoughtfully expanded to support recovery, balance, and deeper connection during the busiest months of the year.

Beginning December 1st, we’re introducing new classes and refreshed times designed to meet you exactly where you are. From restorative candlelight evenings to après-mountain recovery sessions, each offering was created to complement life in Aspen — whether you’re stepping in from the slopes or seeking a quiet moment of recalibration.

Starting December 1st:

O2 Candlelit Restorative
Tuesdays with Kerrie Martin & Thursdays with Shannon Worth • 6:45 - 7:45 pm
Unwind and reset in this deeply soothing, candlelit experience designed to calm the body and quiet the mind. Using props for full support, you’ll move through gentle, restorative postures that encourage deep relaxation and release of tension. Soft lighting and peaceful music create a warm, meditative atmosphere as you reconnect with your breath and allow the nervous system to fully rest.

Perfect for all levels, this class offers a nurturing pause from the pace of everyday life leaving you grounded, restored, and renewed.

O2 Apres Stretch
Mondays with Aisha Melina • 3 - 3:45 pm
Unwind and restore after an incredible day on the mountain with this gentle, targeted yoga practice designed to release tension in the muscles most used while skiing — hips, quads, hamstrings, calves, and lower back. Through breath-centered movement, longer holds, and mindful stretching, you’ll improve mobility, enhance recovery, and bring balance back to the body.

This 45-minute session encourages deep relaxation and a shift into the parasympathetic state, allowing your body to rest, repair, and recharge for another day on the slopes. The room is gently heated to around 80°, creating the perfect environment to loosen up and unwind.

All levels welcome.
