A Breathwork Journey with Sarah Elisabeth Olson
Friday, October 18th from 6 - 8 pmThis workshop is a direct experience of healing, clarity, and unlocking new possibilities through guided breathwork techniques.
Explanation of Breathwork & Preparation (30 minutes):
We will start with a short meditation to center yourself, followed by an introduction and practice of the breathwork technique. Sarah Elisabeth will discuss survival responses and the body's reactions to stress and fear. You’ll also learn sensory management tools!
Many of us unconsciously live in a reactive state, influenced by past events. This workshop will help you identify and release old emotional energy through the power of breath.
Breathwork Journey (60 minutes):
Experience a guided breathing technique to access non-ordinary states of consciousness naturally. This technique engages the limbic brain, transforming limiting beliefs and opening pathways for healing, clarity, and creativity. As you breathe, energy increases, creating emotional and bodily sensations and allowing you to neutralize past experiences.
We all have moments or events that cause us to shut down emotionally to survive. This practice offers the chance to close those emotional loops, providing self-love and compassion.
Integration and Application (30 minutes):
Participants will be given time to integrate their experiences, which will allow them to reflect, share, and internalize their journey. This will ensure that the insights gained can be effectively incorporated into daily life.
