A workshop to build confidence and eliminate fear as you add inversions, handstands and arm balances into your vinyasa yoga practice. You’ll learn skills to begin your handstand journey, or to build on the foundations you already have in your practice. • Handstand foundations – basic body positioning & alignment
• Preparing the body for flight – wrists, shoulders, hips & hamstrings
• Hand placement • Single Leg & Double Leg entry to handstand
• Core and Arm strength for handstands
• Incorporating inversions into your practice
